An appraisal is not a free value indication from your broker. We draw up a complete report according to the standards of the NRVT and give you an overview of all characteristics (both positive and negative) of the property in question. We visit the property and record everything, take photos and work out the report completely (together with data from, for example, the land registry and reference properties that have recently been sold in your area) and submit it for approval to the Dutch Property Valuation Institute (NWWI).
Ultimately, you will receive a complete and validated report from us that will be accepted by every mortgage provider in the Netherlands.
Not every valuation is the same and that is why we do not use a fixed price for a valuation. We work in line with the market and if you request a quote, we will offer it to you as sharp as possible!
Would it be more convenient for you to arrange a viewing on Saturday? That is possible: we do not charge any extra costs for this.
